- Mining machine configuration problems
Look for mistakes, such as spaces or symbols with a full or half angle, in the worker name of the mining pool. You can also reset it and restore it to factory settings.
- Mining machine control board abnormal
You can try flashing a SD card or changing the control board.
- Network abnormality
Typically, there are restrictions on the mining farm’s LAN or a port that is disabled, a DNS configuration error, etc. You can only try to contact the network operator to ask them to remove the restriction if the port has been restricted by the operator of the network. In this case, you can still access the Internet but cannot mine.
- Abnormal mining pool
